Step by Step Guide
Step 1 — Register Your Interest
Register your interest. Once we receive your information we will send you a form to complete.
Do not send your CV until requested.
If you're not AHPRA Registered, here are the steps you need:
IQNM Self-Check on the AHPRA website
CGFNS / EPIC Verification
NCLEX RN Exam
OSCE Preparation and Exam
Meet English requirement
Once passed and approved by AHPRA - you're officially a Registered Nurse Australia ( Congratulations! ).
Step 2 — Document Collection
We will request the documents
CV
AHPRA proof / NCLEX/OSCE results
And all your other documents
Once received, NTA will review your CV. If your CV does not follow the Australian standard, we will advise and guide you to reformat it to meet Australian recruitment requirements before proceeding to the next step.
Step 3 — Interview & Job Offer
NTA will have a brief “getting to know you” interview to understand your background, experience, and career goals.
Afterwards, NTA schedules the employer interview, which will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
If you are successful, you will be advised then review and sign the employment contract with guidance from NTA.
Step 4 — Visa Process
Employer + migration partner manage sponsorship steps.
You complete medicals & police checks as required.
For Offshore Candidates — Not in the Philippines
For offshore candidates who are not currently living in the Philippines, you are not required to undergo DMW processes. You can proceed directly with AHPRA, job placement, and visa processing without Philippine deployment restrictions.
For Candidates based in the Philippines
We will copy the DMW/POLO guidelines. Our recruitment partner in the Philippines will guide you through for this step to ensure we comply all the documents between Australia and Philippines employment law..
Step 5 — Arrival & Setlement Support
Before and upon arrival, we’ll suggest accommodation, help you set up your bank account, Tax File Number (TFN), GP, and local transport, and ensure you settle comfortably into your new community and workplace.
Step 6 — Ongoing SupportService
NTA continues check-ins for:
Workplace adjustments
Settlement support
Career progression / PR planning
